Get UAE residency and move your company abroad (switch to US/UK LLC). Update your tax information on bank accounts so your data will be reported to UAE as per CRS (better if you get a Second Passport). Try to live in Italy less than 186 days a year or in any case not suggest that you have any ties with your homeland. Enjoy.
