I need a exchange service which provides bank acc to receive payments from online company and then can send it to me via btc

I'm not aware of such service, however, you can open a Transferwise, ePayments or similar‌ account, transfer money to Kraken account and convert your money to BTC that way.

but they both require verification before getting payments into account so⁠ its meaningless to put TW or epayments like EMI as a mediator. Because it kills⁤ privacy.
