how often is payout once a card payment take place ? is it instantly? any holdback what are the fees?

Bitstamp is working with Stripe to make this possible, you accept crypto and you get fiat. I don't remember if this is live or still being worked on.
I can share example of experience of my customer with stripe. They set-up the account. really Fats. Fastest amongs any provider. But once they ramped up to 100K volume Stripe asked several questions and they got as strickt as others and closed the account. The fastest way is not always the best. There have been many recomendations for OnRamp- I would advise the same.

They are not as great as they sound. High decline rates and customer has to complete KYC if the transaction value is over $100, maybe some out there have higher kyc threshold but I've never seen any.
