Is there a List of EU countries with Tax Exemption?

As per title, is there any list with details regarding EU countries that offer Tax exemptions?

I'm aware of Italy with their minimum Tax payments, is there any other country in Europe? What are the requirements?

Mount Athos - no personal tax, vat or anything
Requirements:
1) be a man
2) The idikon diamonitirion or "individual permit" is issued by the monastery for a period usually from 4 days to 1 year, officially with the right to reside only in the monastery indicated in the invitation

Its a great zero tax option for remote workers or when you need to reset mentally and cash out from your corporate structures abroad.

Mount Athos is just a joke man, thanks for commenting but that is a impossible place to live in...

On a serious note, such lists are often outdated and not very useful. Loopholes can be more useful than exemptions. I have also found that cross-border structuring or 2-jurisdiction approach brings often great results, since you can exploit certain features of the tax system.
It would be helpful to know the context to recommend anything.
