Fila is absolutely right.

If you pay your taxes in your country there is not‌ a single problem with having an offshore account.

By the way, if you would use‍ your account for money laundry this would be a problem.

Offshore banking is totally legal and it is myth that offshore banking is illegal. If‌ you are paying your taxes in your country then open an offshore bank account is‍ no problem at all. All you need to open an offshore account is some documents⁠ like passport, electricity bill, corporate bank account and a bank reference letter.

Never faced any issue with my setup you just don't want to tell anyone about‌ it to stay safe! People tend to speak to much and focus on the fact‍ that it is illegal, fact is, it's not!
