Need to know if it is true that a Seychelles company don't have share capital?

I looked in the application and it says no share capital required :S -confused:

At least it is true that you don't need to pay in the share capital!

LoL  all companies have Share Capital the question is if you need to pay in the share capital! Most countries require the share capital to be paid but can be used for investments i.e. office furnitures etc.

If money is your hope for independence you will never have it. The only real security that a man will have in this world is a reserve of knowledge, experience, and ability!
My personal favorite thread posted in the Mentor Group. Group of investment companies to avoid licensing.

As EliasIT says, there is no requirement to pay up the share capital for a Seychelles company!

No matter what the level of ability, you have more potential than you can develop in a lifetime.

Makes sense.. I hear the share capital can be USD 1 million for a Seychelles company is there any limits on when this has to be paid in if at all?

Yes the share capital can be USD 1 million, actually it is done so by default. There will not be any liabilities to pay in the share capital at any time!

So no share capital is required, how can it be? I read that it is the same for Cyprus company or not true?

Seychelles as well Cyprus don't requires the authorized share capital to be paid in, thats just like it is.

Actually it has share capital, however, you don't need to pay in the share capital 😉

There is actually not a limit, the standard share capital for a Seychelles company is USD 1 million and it don't need to be paid in!

I learned you don't need to pay in the share capital also called the authorized share capital in an Seychelles IBC.

Again, there is no need or requirement at any time to pay in the authorized share capital of a Seychelles company! Also NO ONE will ever require you to pay it in, not now, not in 5 years not in 20 years!
