Is it possible to buy property in mexico using crypto ?
All fees and payment charges/fees/taxes only paid by crypto....No fiat at all...
Do anybody have experience with it ?
Do any top real estate developer or broker accept crypto ?

You can buy it with crypto in any place in Latam, you only need to‌ find people who accept them. It is more common to see offers who accept crypto‍ in Colombia and Panama than Mexico but you can still find them

To be honest here in LATAM we don't give a‍ s**t about real estate developers, it's more of a p2p market so you will need⁠ to search them with "pago con crypto" or "acepto bitcoin" in the title. I just⁤ did a quick search and here are a few examples on different countries:
