Is it easy to get a TIN in Bulgaria

I don't want to move to Bulgaria. I could certainly enjoy spending there a few weeks per year, but no more. And I'm not interested in getting Bulgarian citizenship.
What I'm looking for is to get a TIN from a EU country.

If I buy a property in Bulgaria, I'll have to pay property tax, is that enough to get me a TIN? Or do I have to apply for some residency permit?

You can easily get a TIN without buying or renting anything from Italy or Portugal.

the Codice Fiscale is generated with a simple algorithm, however it is easy to check if it exists in the database, so I recommend getting a real one.

You can check e-residency of Estonia. Don't even need to visit the country and with‌ 100 EUR you have the TIN.

I'm assuming:

Step 1: Get a TIN
Step 2: Fake a utility bill
Step 3: Open EU bank‌ accounts, crypto exchange accounts, etc.
Step 4: Profit?
