Is Internet Marketing restricted at all with Cyprus company?

I'm also doing some Internet Marketing and wonder if that is restricted business in Cyprus? I would like to know before I start the registration of a Cyprus company if that is what will be the outcome of my research.

No it is not. You can use a Cyprus company for this purpose without any‌ troubles..

You can register a company for VAT in Cyprus, you just need a proforma invoice‌ which you can generate yourself. Sorry for the late reply.

There are new Visa regulations you should know about though. Depends on your business /‌ industry. As i understand there is crack downs now in Cyprus/EU for "shell companies" you‍ have to have a physical office with employees in the country you incorp your bizz⁠ with? Anybody know about this topic. If you are dealing with billers anyways. Either your⁤ own merchant or 3rd party processors.
