yes it is true. Actually the resident director is a requirement of the law because it is convenient for them to squeeze you out of your money for the "service" . It is obvious your company is newly formated that is why you have these problems, because they try to look legitimate nowdays and they over doing it. I don' t know where you are from my friend and if you have the wrong passport, it is even worse, but f@ck them, they are litlle pricks both in south and north ...
but i have just an holding company i no need all this requirements, they want to close down cyprus thats the true
hi every body i got my account open at eurodeniz , i go also sepa istructions i wired 5000 k , received next day so far so good, by the way i am not going to publish the details i just can tell is normal eu bank not some fxxxx ewallet.

i was there in person in their office in south part , i had to wait almost 2 weeks for getting appointment , staff is young and friendly i have direct what s up of my account manager , no issue so far ,to have a dedicated iban to my cyprus company i need to get through hard compliance from correspondent bank 4 to 5 week and is expensive, i decided use common iban in eu fine for me

Deniz Bank does not have a presence in the Republic of Cyprus. If it does, it's not an authorised representative office.

this "euro" deniz bank as early pointed out, it is more likely to have a connection with euro Disney than any legitimate connection with the turkish " Deniz " bank...
i have 75000 k with them , please give us some info , honestly you are new member you have to give us detail , if you have any problem with them i can recomend good lawyer in north cyprus who can help you, or call the central bank they are very helpfull

ahh why i should be scammer, i am not try selling anything, if you have been scammed take a lawyer in nicosia and sue them , what the problem the bank is there and is working , may you are trying so sell us some accounts in some stupid emi , is old trick give us some evidence about what you say , you not explain anything here ,give us some facts , my account is working and no problem so far so good best regards
