Is Cyprus a better option for me?

I do affiliate marketing. I currently have a Seychelles company, but the problem is the withdrawing of money. I used my debit card to get the money. I also think that a Cyprus company would be "more legal", especially because I am from the EU and a double taxation treaty exists between my country and Cyprus.


1. What do you think? Is Cyprus a better option for me?


2. Is there any other tax besides that yearly 10% on profits and the annual fee for the company?


3. I want to legally convert the money of the company to personal money. Can a Cyprus company pay dividends? How much is the tax for that?


4. Can I turn a Seychelles company into a Cyprus company? (i.e changing the company name in my bank account?)


Please recommend me something.

1. Cyprus may be a valid option for you and also it may look more legit towards your customers and partners


2. No there is no other tax than that.


3. A Cyprus company does not pay any tax on dividend, that said you will be personally taxed in your country when you take the money home.


4. No that's no possible, you will need to incorporate a new company in Cyprus.
