Is BVI company dead?

Same question here... is it still an option to incorproate a company in the BVI?


Seems to me and many others, that a BVI company is not profitable any longer in tax and privacy matters, true or wrong:s-confused:


First time I searched for an offshore company I typed BVI company in Google, just to figure out that it does not offer any privacy any longer...

I don't believe that the BVI company registration is dead, but I do believe that‌ the Seychelles overhaul the BVI on various opportunities.

And why do you believe that?

Because it has signed several TIEA's and other information exchange agreements so you will not‌ have any privacy or anonymity if you form a BVI company.

So because a country sign TIEA and DTA it is not good and Seychelles offshore‌ company is better because of that?
