Is a Hong Kong company good for offshore

We are technology and marketing consulting company and we are having a HK offshore company. Is it a good idea?

All shareholders are from Cyprus. Is it any other better option?

Is it gonna be tax free? Do we have to make any audit and official bookkeeping?

HK is 0% tax on business conducted outside HK. It is a requirement to account and audit in HK which will demonstrate that your activity is outside HK and therefore 0% tax.
