I wonder if there is a tax haven in Ireland or is this something old which does not work any longer?

Does they signed agreements to exchange information with the rest of Europe and USA?

Anything positive to say about Irish company formation in tax and privacy matters?

The director is public, not the shareholders. Dont pay taxes for the first three years if its a tech company, and pay only 6.25% after that.

Do you have links with about that?
Maybe you refer to the reduced tax if you have some Irish employees?

This can be setup remote or personal visit is required! How do we have to proof that it is a TECH FIRM?

The setup can be done remotellly, but the director needs to be a EU resident or pay 20k USD as deposit. No need to proof is a tech company but they can fine you if they notice you are not

What is a TECH company in that regards? What is TECH? Any link to check the rules?
Can a TECH company have a side business ? 😉

It comes with some restrictions, you'd have to have 8 local employees.

Quote: The amount of employer's Pay Related Social Insurance (PRSI) a startup company pays must be a maximum of €5,000 per employee and €40,000 overall in order to fully avail of this tax relief.

So 8 employees are required to maintain a company in Ireland? are you 100% sure about that?

Can you be more clear about what other requirements there may be?
