I'm Israeli resident, looking to invest in US real property with the following structure:
Person -> (100% in) HoldCo in Romania (not sure if to establish Management & Control from RO or IL) -> (100% in) US C-corp -> Various (transparent) LLCs depending on the amount of equity and investment risk.
Funding will be done as a loan at market rates from Person to C-Corp / LLCs.
