International Stock Trading with Offshore Company and Bank account?

So, question has been asked a few times here and on other forums, it remains to be valid since we don't get any valid solution for this issue.


Which bank or platform to use to trade International Stocks for instant stocks in the UK, USA, Germany and Scandinavian? Can we do this with a offshore company and offshore bank account, if positive answer, where do we have to incorporate the offshore company and which bank to use?


Do you know about the tax implications on such a setup?
