Company "A" make e debt with the new chairman which is arround 1 000 000 to suppliers.
Shareholders from company "A" point new chairman(2) the company debt is still not payed and still company make more debt but amount is not big.
Now the shareholders of company want to point new chairman (3) .
The company doesn't have anymore activity.
Who will be responsable?
Chairman (1) because he made the debt and he signed all documents or anothers chairmans? (2) or (3) ?
