Ok signed up, i imagine Laos (if it's truly there) is all about getting Identities, as Laos is where all the pig butchering occurs.

- Issue via banks backed by Thai Banks
- Mix / Mingle dirty, less clean and clean Tether (USDT)

What is the problem with blackcat now i thought it came highly recommended from you or someone from oct somewhere in oct i believe.They are not onboarding anybody new is it?

So blackcatcard maybe dying or dead. Shame, as I like the product.
What would you recommend as an alternative for a card? People talk of Advcash a lot, but I hear mixed things.
I am EU resident and prefer using EMI / bank that are bad at reporting or do not care 🙂

Actually quite impressed have a friend that lived there for a few years after getting a 100 year ban from Thailand (since removed) and he was explaining how the banking works there with people walking in with black bags of cash no questions asked and dumped on the desk to deposit.
The banks need to mingle these proceeds with clean money︀ so are opening up digital services indirectly / from what I’ve seen so far -︁ it’s not bad… see how long it lasts but hopefully at least a year lol︂

The fees are actually acceptable, since you get an offshore account from Laos and it is also crypto-friendly.

The card is fine also for bigger amounts. I have not explored the bank account yet
