Mostly local manager and incorporation. Local banking in Costa Rica is nearly unheard of for‍ non-resident controlled companies. So you'll need to arrange your own banking, for which you will⁠ most of the time need translated apostille documents, which can take over a month to⁤ get. Plan accordingly if you go ahead.
