Incorporator in Costa Rica?

I need to set up an SRL in Costa Rica for specific purposes. Very simple structure, just 1 natural person director and shareholder.

I received a quote from a local law firm (local to me not Costa Rica) but they want around 4000 Euros for setup and then 3000 Euros yearly renewal. I am not sure of the average prices but this seems high to me.

Banking is not important. It will be useful if the company can also assist with the yearly shareholder confirmation and consult about accounting requirements.

Otherwise I would just like the cheapest we can go without hurting on quality 😀

Can help you; send me a DM. $1,700 for incorporation and $3,600 for annual nominee director and substance. There are cheaper options, but I trust this CSP. Also has no problem with doing things like gambling which I suspect is what you're doing.

No, I'm not taking any kickbacks . Not my business . They are called AG Legal. I interviewed over 20 different providers they seem the best TBH;

I will contact your provider to see if they are able to help me out. Looking for a CR company for some time but never got this task completed for some reasons.

Do you setup a company in Costa Rica for god sake? I would like to know what agent you used if so?
