Incorporate Cyprus company anonymous is that possible?

Need to know if it is possible to incorporate a Cyprus company anonymous, some threads say it is possible while I read websites say it dosen't exists?

Nominees or can a Trust or Foundation be appointed shareholder and director in a Cyprus company?

There is absolutely no such thing as an anonymous incorporation. By law, all service providers will hold information on the beneficial owner of a company and a regulator can request that information at such time. So even if you utilize the nominee services, you will still be recorded as the beneficial onwer of the business.

A trust is normally used as a shareholder of a company. A foundation can be a director/ shareholder of a company (I speak under correction).

Well, there are options to keep the privacy of the beneficial owner of a Cyprus company in under certain circumstances. Actually it requires a local court order to get such information from the CSP in Cyprus if they offer the right protection. That may also be the reason for why it makes sense to choose the right CSP 🙂
