Incorporate Cyprus company anonymous is that possible?

Need to know if it is possible to incorporate a Cyprus company anonymous, some threads say it is possible while I read websites say it dosen't exists?

There is absolutely no such thing as an anonymous incorporation. By law, all service providers‌ will hold information on the beneficial owner of a company and a regulator can request‍ that information at such time. So even if you utilize the nominee services, you will⁠ still be recorded as the beneficial onwer of the business.

A trust is normally used as a shareholder of a company. A foundation can be‌ a director/ shareholder of a company (I speak under correction).

Well, there are options to keep the privacy of the beneficial owner of a Cyprus⁣ company in under certain circumstances. Actually it requires a local court order to get such⁢ information from the CSP in Cyprus if they offer the right protection. That may also︀ be the reason for why it makes sense to choose the right CSP 🙂
