In which Caribbean country you can register company without local agent of any service provider ?

Which Caribbean country allowed to register company without any local agent or service provider ?
Like in Dubai freezone...You can register company by just sending docs and paying their fee.
There is no involvement of any middle man...Do any country in Caribbean allowed this type of this ?

I don't think it matters. You can do it without an agent in several places, if you are a local resident. But unless you speak the language (which often is Spanish, French, or other non-English language) and know the local bureaucracy very well, you're going to hire a lawyer, accountant, or corporate service provider anyway to help you with the process.
