In my research into creating a Hong Kong company, Zqq (a member of these forums) told me that some changes are going to occur in 2014. Specifically, a Hong Kong company will be required to have at least one "natural person" as a director. So this means if you have a HK company that is owned by a Seychelles company (for example)... then you will need to add a real person as a director of the HK company.

You should see some results that link to the "Companies Ordinance 2012". Now in that document, look for the section called "Directors" and you'll find this info:
