Say I want to open a Seychelles company to protect my privacy and to transfer my moeny and house to this company in the Seychelles, can I do that?


Sorry for all the questions I'm new to all of this.


1. What documents do I need to provide to open the Seychelles company?


2. What tax must I pay in the Seychelles?


3. How can I avoid to be listed on the House of company in Seychelles?


4. Will my money be protected from creditors in Spain?

1. You need a copy of passport certified by a lawyer or notary as to‌ be a true copy, should be simple and easy to obtain.

2. There is no‍ tax to be paid in the Seychelles for IBC's

3. There is no company register⁠ in the Seychelles, so there is no where you can be listed, means 100% privacy.⁤

4. It's complicated to get any information or access to a Seychelles IBC company account⁣ if it is opened for instant in Cyprus. It requires actually several different court orders.⁢
