I am trying to....that's why I post the query....I have little experience of life....so i Hardly mention anything
I would buy all the btc available. I would need just $400b. Then I would try to open a bank account for cashing it and buy all the banks that will reject my application. So we will end in a world where I control all the banks and the btc.

I'd fund startups building in space, robotics and medicine. Build a multi planetary logistics and resource mining infrastructure and create an alternative to Nobel prize focused on advancements in IT and healthcare. Fund development of international universities focused solely on promoting IT.
Aside from that I'd lobby reduced corporate taxes or create a new country focused on helping business grow with less bureaucracy and taxation

Make things. Hydrogen powered aircraft (and solar powered hydrogen factories in the deserts). Methanol powered shipping (and carbon capturing methanol plants).
Robots. Aging populations need robots.
An investment bank for micro projects. Like Grameen Bank but equity investments, not debt. Globally.
Maybe think big like @JohnnyDoe and somehow take over the World's banks and move debt to equity - with no socialised losses.
Lawyers for victims of state coercion, like the Institute for Justice.
And hypnotists for prisoners. Not in a creepy way. To rehabilitate and reduce recidivism, especially in young people.
OK maybe semi-retire eventually. A nice villa on the rocks, overlooking the sea, with two labradors. But not give up on dining or trips to Vegas, so a decent jet would be the main extravagance.

How about the dark side of having too much money? Extortion? Ending in mental hospital? Suicide? Becoming fat and lazy? Life with no meaning? Nobody understands your problems? Social isolation? Becoming tax fugitive? Nobody wants to see this side.
And to answer your question: maximizing my health, well being, quality time, good relationships.
