with interest raising everywhere a good time to start that‍ business

Lending (not laundering) money to the mass is a very good business, it just require‌ that you know the business and have the money!

Who would ask such money to borrow from a private (investor?)?
I have only heard of‍ entrepreneurs close to bankruptcy looking for that kind of money outside the usual banking channels (= those who wouldn't get them from a bank)
Or do you have in mind⁤ some thing else as "the mass"? Like funding rounds of startups and such?

Excess mortality is running 15% above normal, and birth rates‍ are also down in most of Europe. Who will live in them?

I think it has only just begun as well, we are going to witness a significant die-off in⁤ the short term. For some reason, it seems the effects of the jab are getting⁣ worse over time, which is completely unheard of, normally you expect huge short-term risk that⁢ tapers off the more time passes. But not here. T-cell exhaustion perhaps. So I would︀ avoid real estate tbh,

my post was ironic not even mentioning the fact you posted.Lack︀ of T-Cells will cause hughe damage so i doubt there will be any demand and︁ even many people able to afford it.

Well what you are saying makes sense, however if you are︀ careful about what your doing in this industry, i.e. buying extremely cheap, having some sort︁ of competitive advantage in refurbishing/reconstructing ( for example you partner with a contractor and push︂ refurbisment costs to the minimum ) as well as have a good quality and tasteful︃ result then you can fairly easy stay above competition and have the factors you are︄ mentioning become negligible. Lets not forget that the great-great majority of real estate out there︅ ( especially buildings ) are total junk so you dont need to be a rocket︆ scientinst to beat the majority of competition. Just focus on buying cheap, as cheap as︇ possible. This is key.

Right now?

Waiting for the pivot crash, Commodities, and then major coins (BTC, ETH etc).‌ => Macro perspective 2023/2025 exit.

Wouldn't touch equities except prison stocks, commodities stocks, cotton stocks,‍ agriculture stocks, food processing stocks, until AFTER the pivot crash.

If you were looking at cash based investment i'd say localised loans commercial against collateral -> but can get messy⁤ with enforcing (licenses, laws etc).

Normally I would agree that this would be a good︂ idea if you have cash at a time when everyone else is having a firesale︃ to keep alive. And maybe you can still profit from it.

But excess mortality and︄ birth rate declines have me very concerned. And it is almost worldwide, except in Africa,︅ of course.

Interestingly Bulgaria has negative excess mortality. You don't need to know what they︆ have the lowest uptake of to start wondering what is going on.

I will take⁣ your comments into consideration. It would be interesting to understand to what extent they do⁢ apply.

Most of Europe has excess mortality right now, anywhere from 10 to 18%. Bulgaria‍ is one exception; they have negative excess mortality.

Yeah i got‍ that, but what is that is going on then? what do they have the lowest uptake of?
