When opening a Seychelles company I know that I will need to provide Passport copy, utility bill and all this stuff.


Can this be done from abroad or do I need to travel to the Seychelles?


What about accounting is that an requirement, if so who can help?


Will there be any corporate tax or withholding tax in the Seychelles?

a Seychelles company formation will be handled⁣ online, no need to visit the Seychelles, there is no accounting or with holding tax⁢ for a Seychelles company.

Yes if you want to incorporate the Offshore company through us then you will send‌ the documents to our office in Cyprus (for the documents that requires this) or send‍ them by e-mail/Skype or Support system.
