ICIS or Mutual Fund or CySec license?

Now I read about the ICIS the latest service offered by cclogic what may be the best for a stock exchange or forex trader who not do this for a living but just to make a few bucks from fellowers I know?

If it is as you describe a ICIS is the optimal solution for⁠ you and actually why this type of companies have been allowed. There is no need⁤ to apply for a CySec financial license for the purpose you describe!

Can I make existing company to an ICIS or must I open new cyprus company?‌

Better would be to incorporate a new Cyprus company so nothing get mixed up.
