You can transfer from your personal IBKR to your company IBKR if you link both accounts.

Not the other way around though.

I just made transfers from my personal bank accounts here in Poland. I use Relay to remove funds.

Also I made a transfer test to my sole proprietorship bank account over here and that worked fine as well.
