UAB Phoenix Payment is an Electronic Money Institution (EMI license No. 40) authorised and regulated by the Bank of Lithuania (BoL). BoL is subject to regulation of the European Central Bank. EMI from lithuania, did anyone use it? any review ?
 
Many EMIs are from Lithuania.

It seems to be easy to get a license there.

I'll try them out.
 
I thought they had an app to open the account.

They don't so I'll try to find some reviews before going ahead.
 
They only received their license 8 months ago. Fees are pretty bad.
In their category 2 (non-EEA companies or higher risk EEA companies):

€500 to open an account
Up to 0.08% for a SEPA transfer
Up to 0.35% for a SWIFT transfer
€150/mo to "maintain" an account
€500/mo to "maintain" an inactive account
€500 to close an account
€2000 if any requested documents aren't provided by a deadline they determine
