Jersey is quite good , you wont have all these issues. If you have a turnover of more than 100K, most banks will accept your business. all you need is one director to be resident( this can be arranged , he gets his salary and all is good
Maybe you try talk with good lawyer and try open normal account in Estonian bank.
I can't find this thread, but someone on this forum in this way created account in Estonian bank for crypto business.
Estonia is promoting crypto, during e-residency induction, ambassador even mentioned estonia was going to launch its own crypto, but had to drop its plan due to it european membership
It is impossible to open bank account in Estonia now!
You can open in Poland Bank Santander , but will need to come twice to Warsaw!
Bank can open even not for EU resident!
