IBAN for a Dutch company with non eu residents

A bank account (IBAN) for a Dutch company with non eu resident director and UBO. What can a respected community of professionals recommend in this situation?

EMI isn't bad solution but I needs IBAN or SWIFT account with my company name.

Yes, of course! I visited ING Bank in Amsterdam and then waiting for 3 moths till I get @ rejected @

UBO and Director is the same person - non EU resident.

Insanely annoying this deceit and pretense of Europe! It was possible, as Canada did, to prohibit the registration of a company without the participation of a resident director. Instead, they shifted the functions of banning to banks and payment systems.
