I want to create my own e-banking online

I bought a Banking Software Script and my idea is Open an offshore bank account and uses it to receive money from Forex customers or help people that can't open bank accounts. The idea is to start this project without any license . I have friends from Spain that receive money from other people and they are making a 10% commission per transaction. I think is a really good business, but I want to know if I can have any problems in the future.

is it possible also get a cheap online banking license for this project?
