I owe a lot in taxes ! To be honest I am panicking not sure what to do I havent filed taxes for the past few years either. What do you guys suggest me to do ? How can I settle this with the IRS ?

I know nothing specific about US taxes but I'm sure you should probably go to‌ see a lawyer or professional tax advisor instead of asking online...

No reason to panick. Just submit your missing tax declarations. Call IRS and ask tell‌ them that you are broke, and
that you need an installment plan. Do your payments‍ on time.
