I need UK company with utility bills, how to do ?

I need a UK company with utility bills, I have no idea how to get the utility bills and all the companies I contacted do not provide this service.

It's easy to get a utility bill for your UK company, simply find out from whihc company you need the utility bill and then find someone that can do the magic.

you can rent shared workspace for your company and connect phone to it, so you can get bill from telecome provider

mobile phone bill usually can't be accepted as proof of address
I have had experience with local telecome provider + work place in coworking center (in Hong Kong)

but, you need to tell the landlord about your plan to set up own telephone, before signing lease agreement
the problem that even if you rent the whole office, utility bills are usually on the owner's name
so, you need to agree on the coast about it
