For Cyprus apply that the financial statements are filed to Registry together with the Annual‍ Return.

A third party can make a search at the Registry and have access to⁠ them.

I believe it is the same all across Europe.

Why look for alternatives if you may use what works? If you can get your‌ personal documents notarized you will be able to get a offshore company everywhere you want‍ so in the Seychelles but also in Bahrain, personally I would look for a Seychelles⁠ company.
