I need an anonymous VCC deposit in Bitcoin

You mean Credit card or Prepaid/debit card?
Huge difference... You will never find an anonymous credit card, moreover to top up in BTC.
Instead for prepaid/debit cards there may be a couple of solutions for you.
May I ask you what amount were you planning to montlhy withdraw or deposit?

prepaid ! small amounts just need to purchase some stuff anonymously (nothing illegal obvs)

Small amounts, how small 10$, 50$ 1k?
And one time purchase or multiple ones?

I may suggest OP three ways:
1) www.vcc.is. PROS: anonymous. CONS fees over 40%.
2) Look up on Paxful.com and Localbitcoin.com. You may find users who will accept your BTC and pay your products with their cards.
3) As Sir Martin suggested join the Mentor Group. There you can find the way to set up your own anonymous prepaid cards... PROS: low fees CONS: none.
 
Until yesterday AdvCash would have been the solution but it won't work until 1.July again.

Yeah Mentor Group has options, I just joined for 2 month.

is vcc.is reliable?
 
If you need things from Amazon you can use purse.io instead of going trough a payment processor.
 
Vcc.is is a long time runner.
Anyway as I said the fees are pretty high. You may wanna join the mentor group to know how to set up your own cards for free...

Ya encontraste quien te provea esa solucion que buscabas? Tengo algo que podria suplir tu necesidad de 1000 usd o eur por mes o varias tarjetas con montos similares. Serian tarjetas virtuales o fisicas. Se acepta btc o altcoins

Can you give me idea?
 
Last week there was a provider around selling this as an service, I don't know he disappeared or his thread did user was @AlexPCS
