I am trying to setup a UK company with Transfer-wise but my local card keeps getting declined on most of the websites like 1stformations etc. Is there any website i can use that accept crypto payment or is there a way to get a UK VCC and fund with BTC. Thanks

Problem will be in a card. There are many VCC services which accepts crypto. Problem can be in your IP address in comparison to details which you provided.. If your card was issued in Somalia, your IP is from Nigeria and you are trying to pay to a UK seller online by declaring a billing address to be in the UK, everyone payment processor will decline such transaction.
So, be prepared for a payment and check:
What is your IP address
What is your invoiving address
What is your credit card billing address
What is a country code of your phone number
What is a︀ country of credit card issuance
If this all attributes will show no risk, payment will︁ be processed. If there will be any bigger inconsistency in it, your transaction will be︂ declined.
