I am really struggling to find any reliable company. If anyone can vouch for a service they have *ACTUALLY USED* I would appreciate it so much. I am looking for a service where I can simply pay the fee, send all the info they need, and I have the company. Full control is only requirement, I do not need a bank account. Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

Also a shelf company would be preferred since that means less time until it's created, but I really am happy with anything at this point as long as I know it's legit.

If anyone knows a cheap one that's legit I would appreciate it. Can anyone tell me where I can grab a cheap shelf company, just the company no bank account. If I could be told how to do that it would be amazing.
Just can setup a UK company yourself (using Paypal for payment) for £12. However you need to supply your own UK address.
