What exactly you get out of it to form a UK company in regards to‌ tax matters do you mind to share a little information please?

You must consult an International tax lawyer if you don't know. It depends on where you‍ live and if you don't live in the UK then you will have great tax⁠ benefits to move there for the first 7 years. Requirement will be that you have⁤ an offshore company and do business outside / abroad UK so everything will be tax⁣ free and you can safe up lot's and lot's of money to take tax free⁢ out of the UK and spend as you like.
