I have a business partner interested in Universal bank Cyprus account or other part of offshore jurisdictions, they have a fairly high volume of business as advertising management and consulting firm doing between $200,000 and $300,000 monthly. Do you think the bank would have an issue with these types of amounts?

Why are they looking for former USB Bank Cyprus? Any preferences there? I would go with one of the many other banks there for such amounts! If you want to consider any banking outside of Cyprus, Mauritius, St. Vincent, Anguilla and a few other places are good to bank aswell.

Because I have an account with USB bank so with a few other banks. My recommendation was to go with USB because they were easy to open the account with back since.

Many strange requests from your friends OP.. I was wondering why you don't told them to try some different banks and even different offshore jurisdictions, so they may try and even be satified with what they get there.

Yes I know. I also told them to do so but sometimes they wont to do thing at their own and just apply for some banking without researching the bank first.
