To explain my question: To be honest, when @yngmind revealed his offer, I was distrustful a little bit, as I wouldn't have expected something like this to happen. It proved to be real, fortunately 🙂
Yet I consider it rather unique; and, as it is well known, if there is some US state where impossible can become possible with respect to banking, then it is Florida 🙂
