I am currently in the process of building an adult website (online strip) and would like to form an offshore company in order to:
1) Protect the shareholder's identities
2) Minimize Taxes on the income generated
3) Be able to use a payment processor (CCBill or similar)
4) Accept credit card payments on the website
Right now we are starting to research where would be the best country to form the company in order to:
- Comply with local laws regarding adult websites
- Minimize taxes
- Comply with the payment processor's (CCBill) terms and conditions as for countries they work with
All shareholders of this future company own both Brazilian and Italian passports and reside in Brazil.
After some research we cam across the options of Panama, Seychelles and Cyprus.
We would like to know from you is which country would you recommend us to form an offshore company in order to:
a) Comply with laws limiting adult content while complying with CCBill's terms and conditions
b) Open and operate a bank account having the facilities of a credit card and money transfers (internationally)
c) Being able to accept credit card payments from an adult website
