A "Friend of a Friend", hereinafter FOAF, has dozens of luxury watches. Because of the state of affair on the "safe streets security department" in certain hemisphere, he would like to turn them into Bitcoin or Monero, but get lots of value for them. My FOAF doesn't give AF about mala prohibita laws. He just doesn't know whether to raffle by pinning them to a lottery, auction them...or etc etc.
Does he advertise on Facebook, IG, TikTok etc etc?

Barring mala in se laws, so basically respecting the ten commandments, if you had nothing to worry about, how would you turn these masterpieces, e.g. Richard Mille, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Vacheron Constantin, Rolex, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Graff, Hublot, Blancpain, Ulysse Nardin, IWC, A. Lange & Söhne, etc. into Bitcoin or Monero???

There are NO limits my FOAF would NOT go to. He is limitless as long as he doesn't have to commit a mala in se crime.

Thank you in advance for your creativity.

Your FOAF is not smart, otherwise he would not have bought those expensive pieces of junk in the first place.
Anyway, plenty of places where he can sell for crypto. I can suggest someone in Europe in private.
With the change he can buy a Garmin watch and enjoy proper timekeeping without worrying about his hand being cut off.

In the 90s, and early 2000s it was the ONLY way to move large sums of value internationally without detection 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

He wants to maximize, not sell it for pennies...he's NOT starving 😉

Hawala was invented much earlier, just to mention one alternative... Way cheaper too.

Maybe he was lucky and bought some pieces that are considered valuable today. Anyway he can sell at decent prices, keeping in mind that the buyer will have to make a profit by reselling them.

Even to this day, he has NO access to Hawala. Neither do I. :banghead:

PS. I used to have access to "doleiros" in Brazil up to 2009, but they ALL got busted and took "delação premiada" when that scumbag traitor judge, Moro (US-dog) sentenced Lula. Bunch of sold outs/traitors! No integrity! Weak men! Except a few who fled to Portugal and Russia. Those deserve an honorable mention!

PSS. What do you think of Raffles on IG?

🤣 🤣 🤣

I mean, something like this: Raffle on Instagram
Technically illegal (but who cares), anyway I don't think anyone would try to buy or win a luxury watch online from a stranger.
Good replicas can fool experienced dealers, so they will fool any random chick you want to impress: another valid reason for not buying the real thing.

It's about everywhere, especially in China.

Back then the "spalloni" could take care of everything, not just in Italy. Whenever there is a need, there is a market.
Of course you didn't have to search for them up in the mountains: their agents operated in the center of the major financial hubs. At that time setting up a company in Panama could cost $20k, and you would do that by walking in a discreet office in 5th Avenue.

🤐 I'm out! Not in China for me. I don't want to be deported. I love this place too much. Also, I don't have a need for them in China. Only the Chinese who want to leave China need this. Most brainwashed Chinese think the West is the place of milk and honey and low taxes. They think the 25% here is TOO much! I, on the other hand, stay 🤐 and let them believe in all the fairy tales they want. As for me, I want to stay in China indefinitely (for now) :angelic:

True, but I guess my FOAF can always try. What do he have to lose?🙄

NGL, this is all new news to me now. I could have used this in the early 2000s :banghead:
