With no source of income any type of "scheme" may eventually be detected and cause problems/questions. Anonymous nominee solutions would work well for that.

The reason for this as a possible offer is that I have a company here in Thailand that I formally owe money, I would be very interested in receiving cryptos & then returning cash by wire as consultancy fees or something like that. In stages and with some escrow setup, of course!

He will still run into the same problem when the funds hit his account. He needs the proof of funds, ie how were they accrued, what was the basis of the transaction.
That's why he requires an invoice and proof of work.
