How will it benefit the person who posted the job? Because an EMI account will be on someoneelse's name, and because the job-poster will probably be withdrawing money to a bank to his real name, won't it become immediately suspicios? If he's been banned in the past, this will become suspicious even quicker and, probably, result to a ban sooner rather than later.
