I ordered a BVI company because I needed privacy, no tax and payment processing for my business, during my research I find the BVI company to be the best choice for my needs. Now the company has been registered and I got the incorporation documents I can see my name everywhere so in the share holder certificate, director list and other places! I don't want that.
What is the best offshore company to register when I need payment processing as well and without my name to show up anywhere?
Well one way would have been if you had appointed nominees, this would actually have been possible also with a BVI company.
Otherwise there is a Seychelles company where you will need to appoint a nominee director and shareholder if your name should not appear ANYWHERE in the docs!
