I have an online business registered in Prague selling replica watches.

I want to setup my business offshore if possible and if possible with Bitcoin, PayPal and credit card processing to accept payments from my customers.

What do you think is the best way to setup this?

I have read lot's about darks and will be using them for this setup if possible.

I agree with @Internationaloff it's straight forward what you are looking for, nothing complicated. You‌ could setup a offshore corp in St.Kiits or Seychelles and proceed with LeuPay, blockchain, 2checkout‍ etc. for payment processing.

Hello OP, it seems you don't really know what it is you are looking for.‌ I would suggest you to start with paypal and 2checkout!

BitPay requires Video Verification which is a no go if you want to use darks‌ 🙂 If you have registered your company in your own name it's fine.

I need something using PayPal and Bitcoin what is the best for this? Do you‌ have better and cheaper jurisdiction not Cyprus or Malta?

Would like to learn about bicoun payment gateways which are easy to apply for.

What's the deal with Bulgaria since so many suggest‌ it? I have a feeling something is wrong. I have only see you post around‍ it not really exposed in any media or Financial news.

I mean, what is the problem with Bulgaria compared to Cyprus? for years Cyprus has‌ been the number one place in Europe for most Companies doing business in the middle‍ East.. the number of companies into weapon is enourmous. I have never heard about Bulgaria as an "offshore jurisdiction" in Europe?

Cyprus the number one?⁤ Why?
The best jurisdiction depends on the the kind of business.
You can choose Bulgaria,⁣ Cyprus, Latvia, Slovenia, Hungary, Romania, Malta, Scotland, Ireland, etc.

Can you setup a Bulgarian company with bank account‌ and PayPal account?
