How to run Google Adword for a betting website?

I need to run Google adverts for a betting website.
I'm aware of cloaking. But how precisely would I utilize it for Google ads and for a betting website? Has anyone been doing it successfully?



I'm a developer -- if required, I could program some things.

I would switch to tik tok and facebook advertising. It's way easier to bypass the system just by using only videos and pictures.
But ofc not the type of videos where you see slot machines spinning. (This works as well but it's not that long lasting)
